Workscope and Shop Visit Management

Starting from a technical review of the fleet, preparing a removal plan with a single event cost estimate. IASG can analyse the fleet needs and evaluate or prepare the cost of the engine fleet in terms or hours flown.

Technical Representation during "Table Inspection"

Airlines and leasing companies have become more focused on their core businesses. They do not retain internally the knowledge to define workscope or to advise a scope of work. IASG can revise and prepare the workscope in addition to attending the dirty part table inspection, thus providing tangible and cost saving feedback to clients.

Engine Shop Visit Documentation Review

Engine Borescope Inspection Survey

IASG can survey a borescope inspection on site or can provide technical consultancy to review a video borescope inspection. Subsequently, a report may be provided in various written or digital formats.


Data Collection

More and more leasing companies are realising that an aircraft documentation review is not complete without a thorough and aggressive engine document audit. Aircraft and engines may have a long history and documentation retrieval can involve a very difficult and protracted process.

Engine Inspections

Inspections on the engines may be necessary if you are considering buying an engine, if you are leasing an engine and you wish to verify its status or of the engine has terminated the lease.

 

The inspection consists of documentation check and physical check of the engine. Documents are requested, collected, reviewed and presented to the client.

 

For Pre–Purchase Inspections, while evaluating the value of the engine, the focus is on the engine modification status, on its condition and back to birth documentation available.

 

For Mid-Lease Inspections, the purpose is to verify that the lessee is maintaining and keeping the engine as requested by the OEM.
