Flight Operations


IASG can arrange provision of managed delivery, redelivery, ferry and repossession flight services. Through our network of skilled and experienced pilots, IASG provides a one-stop service to clients.

The types of aircraft covered are diverse but our skills and experience lie in commercial jets and turbo props. IASG delivers brand new aircraft as well as mature aircraft heading for the parting out yards.

Skilled personnel, with a wealth of experience and many contacts around the world will contribute to a smooth movement of your aircraft. We obtain overflight and landing clearances, special flight permits, export certificates of airworthiness and, where possible, fuel is prearranged to avoid unnecessary en route delays. We provide regular updates as to progress and status.

IASG will assess the following items in determining the costs associated with an aircraft movement. The following fees apply for most flight activities and will be quoted and agreed prior to commencement of services. These will later be invoiced based either by the original receipts through us to the client. The following is not an exhaustive list of those items to be considered in moving an aircraft but do form a significant element of the logistics and costs:

  • Positioning and depositioning of crews
  • Parking (overnight and / or hourly fees)
  • All flight fees, like departure-, enroute- (IFR), approach- and landing fees (Eurocontrol)
  • Handling (depending on place and FBOs)
  • Catering
  • Custom (depending on country as well as day / night time, weekends)
  • Fuel, oil and other necessary materials
  • Any necessary aircraft repairs and / or services en route
  • Any other fees like import, security, approvals, etc.
  • Temporary long range tanks, installation and certification (we have good contacts)
  • Insurance and other necessary aircraft certificates (depending on country and registration) / (we can help with your needs
