AOC Start-Up Support

IASG has successfully supported new and start-up operators by supplying experienced staff to give the organisational capability and development initial momentum. IASG has provided EASA post holders to operators to support the initial applications and ongoing business operations until suitable full time staff can be recruited. Interim Technical Management

IASG can offer incremental resources and management support to airlines and lessors to meet short term increases in workload in the following areas:

 

  • At aircraft introduction/lease initiation, when the clients staff may be fully committed to the day-to-day operation and similarly, when the aircraft leaves service and is sold on or the lease is terminated.
  • IASG can also offer ongoing assistance when required, with records preparation, AD and SB status reports for submission to regulatory authorities or for loading of operator maintenance control systems.
  • Offer systems development and training on Russell Adams, OASES, Trax, AMOS and SAP. IASG has previously supported the introduction and initial architecture development and data loading of these systems with a number of operators.
